Dedicated onboarding includes: (1) kick-off session with the technical team; (2) user and permission setup; (3) workshop on Genius Mode, Specialists and MCP connectors applied to the customer's use case; (4) security review with your IT/compliance team if needed; (5) 30-day follow-up by a dedicated CSM.
Is the contract customizable?
