Can the AI actually create and modify deals in my CRM, or just query?
Both. The RD CRM integration has write permission: it creates deals, updates stages, adds notes, creates tasks, updates contacts. RD Marketing, on the other hand, is read-only (analytics).
Is it safe? How do you keep the AI from inventing data or actions?
Three layers: (1) every query returns a structured TOTAL_DE_REGISTROS block to close the gap of the AI fabricating records; (2) the AI is forbidden from inventing content from metadata; (3) write actions are visible in the conversation before being executed.
Which plan is this integration on?
All paid plans. Connection happens through the Integrations modal inside the chat, under "Available to connect".

What if the integration doesn't cover what I need?
The AI has an official capability catalog. Ask about something out of scope and it answers in the COVERS / DOESN'T COVER / NEXT STEP format instead of inventing an answer. Public roadmap includes HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
Does the integration affect my data inside RD Station?
Only when you explicitly request a write action ("create deal", "move deal", "add note"). Read-only queries change nothing. You can revoke access at any time inside RD Station itself.
